App Name: ADSweep Browser & AGI Downloader – Ad Blocker & Media Downloader
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ADSweep Browser & AGI Downloader Android application (the "App"), operated by Joettaraub Offline & Online Featured Mobile Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The App provides:
- Ad-blocking functionality within its built-in browser to improve browsing speed and reduce unwanted advertisements/trackers.
- Media downloading functionality allowing users to save media content that is legally downloadable, publicly shareable, or owned by/licensed to the user.
3. Not Affiliated with YouTube or Google
This App is an independent, third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with YouTube, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.
- This App does not support, enable, or permit downloading of videos, audio, or any other content from YouTube or any other Google-owned platform or service.
- Any attempt to use this App to circumvent YouTube's or any Google product's Terms of Service, technical protection measures, or content restrictions is strictly prohibited and outside the intended and permitted use of this App.
- Users who wish to download or view YouTube content offline must use YouTube Premium, the only authorized method offered by YouTube for offline access.
- References to "media downloader" throughout the App and these Terms refer exclusively to content that is (a) owned by the user, (b) licensed to the user, (c) in the public domain, or (d) hosted on platforms/websites that explicitly permit downloading of that specific content.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree that you will NOT use the App to:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted content that you do not own and are not authorized to use;
- Circumvent digital rights management (DRM), technical protection measures, or terms of service of any third-party website or platform, including but not limited to YouTube and other Google products;
- Engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
- Use the App in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users' use of the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the media downloader feature complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of any third-party website or platform from which you access content.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
# 5.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user-downloaded media), is owned by Joettaraub Offline & Online Featured Mobile Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
# 5.2 Third-Party Content
We do not host, store, or control third-party content accessible through the App's browser functionality. We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or ownership status of content found on external websites.
# 5.3 Copyright Complaints / Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent thereof, and believe that content associated with the App infringes your copyrighted work, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a copyright strike or formal complaint with Google Play or any other third party. To do so:
1. Go to Settings > Feedback & Contact Us within the App (or email us at joettaraub42270@gmail.com);
2. Provide:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We will review and respond to valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include disabling relevant functionality or features.
6. Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements to support free access to its features. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
7. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)
If the App offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:
- All payments are processed through Google Play Billing;
- Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase;
- Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies;

8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We do not guarantee that the ad-blocking feature will block all advertisements, or that the media downloader will function with every website or content source, as third-party websites frequently change their structure and protections.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [COMPANY/DEVELOPER NAME] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR MISUSE OF THE MEDIA DOWNLOADER FEATURE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joettaraub Offline & Online Featured Mobile Apps, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your use of the App to download or distribute unauthorized copyrighted content.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Compliance with Google Play Policies
The App and these Terms are designed to comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies, including the Intellectual Property Policy, Deceptive Behavior Policy, User Data Policy, and Ads Policy. We reserve the right to modify or remove features at any time to maintain compliance with these policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
14. Changes to These Terms

15. Severability
